Trải đĩa (Spread Plate)

The spread plate technique places a known volume of diluted sample on solid agar and spreads it evenly. Colonies grow on the surface, making counting and isolation easier. It is commonly used for viable cell counts, antimicrobial studies, and environmental microbiology.
