Đổ đĩa (Pour Plate)

In the pour plate technique, a measured sample is combined with warm molten agar and poured into a Petri dish. Colonies develop within and on the agar. The method can be used for microbial enumeration, although heat-sensitive organisms may be affected by molten agar temperature.
